Documentaries are not just composed from our senses of sight and sound, or even of touch or smell — but also taste. Obviously you can’t record a taste, but we did the next best thing.

We asked our friend Ricky Moore over at Saltbox Seafood Joint to cook us a pot of rock fish stew and to take us through his process, sharing some of the wisdom he’s acquired over the past few decades traveling the world as a chef, before settling down in his home state of North Carolina.
